Mum's with a spilly or reflux baby, we designed this for you! Our waterproof burp cloths have several clever features to help catch those small to medium spills and reduce your laundry. We heard the frustrations of reflux mama's (laundry anyone?!) and designed a multi-purpose burp cloth to help make life easier when dealing with spilly babies:
- Clever snap: this was our testers favourite feature! The snap means the burp cloth stays in place, even ten minutes after putting it on or when you are moving around the house. Snap it at the side of your neck for shoulder coverage, or behind your neck for full chest coverage.
- Waterproof liner: our inner waterproof layer stops any spills leaking through. This means less changes of clothes, less laundry, less cleaning up spills on your play mat, couch or carpet!
- Large size: At 60cm by 45cm, this cloth will cover your whole shoulder and a decent area of your play mat, couch or change table.
- Bamboo/cotton muslin: soft, absorbent and durable, there are two layers of muslin on each side of our burp cloth so it doesn't matter which way is up when you grab it in a hurry.
- Easy care: Just pop in your normal wash, and can be tumble dried too!
We've also designed this cloth to catch spills throughout the day, not just at burp time. You can use it:
- As an over-the-shoulder burp cloth: without snap or with snap done up on the side of your neck
A few things to note:
- The Spill Catcher is designed for small to medium spills.
- The muslin cloth will crinkle up after washing/drying, especially if you wash on a higher heat or use a dryer. This is totally normal and helps with absorbency. You can pull the edges to straighten/reshape the cloth.
- Please do not use in baby’s cot/sleep area (eg do not use under their heads while asleep) or let your baby use as a comforter/toy - the inner waterproof layer restricts airflow so it could become a suffocation hazard.

The burp cloth is made from two layers of soft and durable 70% bamboo/30% cotton muslin, an inner waterproof TPU layer, and a further two layers of muslin.
Please wash before first use to increase absorbency. Cool or warm machine wash. Tumble dry or line dry.

These are so handy for dealing with a spilly baby. Other burp cloths I have keep falling off my shoulder. These are great for reducing laundry and are great quality too.
New ZealandWe love this burp cloth! It has saved my tops from baby’s spills countless times. I like the fact that the muslin is soft but the waterproof layer stops the spills from getting through. The snaps help to keep it in place…or to turn it into a cape. In our house this now fondly referred to as the burp cape!!! The fact it comes in a two pack is also great for when one is in the wash. This is a must have for spilly/refluxy babies!
This cloth has everything a mum needs!! LOVE ❤️ The best thing is the snap, I’m forever adjusting a burp cloth so that I don’t get spit up on my clothing. B very much likes to wriggle while I’m holding him having a coffee at a cafe and the snap just helped keep the cloth in place to catch any sudden spills. Great absorbency and it also dried quickly. The waterproof layer was very helpful, I often get a wet patch on my clothing from B’s spills so this was really great. This is by far the best burp cloth in our cupboard, not only does it look great but it also does the job while staying put using the snap.
It's AMAZING! I would definitely recommend this cloth to everyone! A lot more absorbent than the other cloths we use. The spill didn't run down the cloth as much either which was good. We use it mainly as a shoulder burp cloth, my partner used it like a bib to cover the front of him and he would always ask for this cloth. I found it a good size and the waterproof layer meant the spill didn't go through the cloth and onto us. We used it as much as we could until it needed washing then as soon as it was dry we used it again!
The snaps seem like such a simple idea but they are honestly so helpful! My baby has a tendency to spill very quickly after a feed so I frequently miss it while trying to get a cloth over my shoulder without jiggling him too much. With this cloth I clip it around my neck before the feed (as he can't pull it off) where it works as a small feeding cover, then when he's done i just put him straight on my shoulder. He also has taken to turning his head so he spills down my arm or on my neck instead of my shoulder (I swear he plans this) but this covers that space too! Other cloths I use all tend to fall off my shoulder or don't cover enough of my shoulder/neck so this was much better. The only problem is I only have one of them so have to use something else when it's in the wash!
