NZ Shipping Rates
- We offer a flat rate shipping fee of $5 for urban addresses, and $8 for rural addresses.
- Shipping is free for orders over $75, for both urban and rural addresses.
- For our lovely rural customers:
- please select rural shipping at checkout, otherwise we will need to contact you to arrange the extra payment and/or delivery to a non rural address.
- If it is convenient for you, perhaps consider using an urban address such as a workplace or friend and family's home. This will save you money and speed up your shipping time.
Australia Shipping Rates
- Now shipping to Australia! We offer a subsidised flat rate of $20 and use NZ Post Tracked Courier.
- Please allow up to 2 weeks for delivery, especially during Covid outbreaks.
- We ship orders on Monday, Wednesday and Friday mornings. Orders are sent the next shipping day from being received. If you order on a Friday, your parcel will be shipped on Monday.
- We will email you with a tracking number once your parcel is ready to be collected by the courier. Please track your order before contacting us about shipping times or delivery issues.
- Please allow 3-4 working days from parcel collection to delivery for urban addresses, and 5-6 working days for rural addresses. We send with Courier Post.
- Being kind to our planet is important to us, so we only use cardboard mailers and boxes that can be recycled or composted. We also use paper tape, paper ribbon and tissue paper - you won't find any plastic in your parcel!
We want our customers to be happy! We offer three different types of returns:
30 Day 'Helpful or Your Money Back' Guarantee
- Our goal is to make life just a little easier for mums. If for any reason our products don't help you with managing your babies messes, please get in contact with us by email. We will see if we can work through your issue with advice and trouble shooting, but if we can't find a solution we will offer you a refund or store credit.
- You must contact us within 30 days of receiving your product to enact this guarantee.
Change of Mind Returns or Exchanges
- If you receive your product and change your mind - for example, decide the colour is not right for your nursery, or you did not fully read the product description and it was different from your expectation - and the product is unopened, unwashed and unused, please contact us.
- We will only accept returns of products in re-sellable as new condition, and will offer you a store credit only, minus the original shipping fee.
- Alternatively, if you would like a different colour/print of the same item, we can arrange an exchange.
- In either case, you will be responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us. Credit or exchange will not occur until we receive the item back and determine it is in as new condition.
- You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your item to qualify for a Change of Mind return.
- While it is rare for our products to have faults, occasionally there may be a manufacturing error that has been missed. Please email us with a photo of the issue, and we will arrange for your choice of a replacement, refund or store credit. Any shipping costs will be paid for by us.
Returns & Blossom Rewards
- If an item is refunded or a store credit given, any Blossom Rewards Points earned on that item from making the purchase will be removed from your Blossom Rewards points account.
- If an item is replaced/exchanged, the original Blossom Rewards Points earned remain the same.
